It is highly critical to the successful completion of the project that we take the time to FULLY UNDERSTAND the existing systems and processes that you have in place.

Implementation Services – IDT provides several different types of services to facilitate the Implementation of our Pak Time Plus System. Each Implementation is subject to our Account Management Timeline.

You can expect the following activities:

• 1st Contact Meeting – with the customer, the Sales Representative and the Project Manager. This meeting will introduce all parties and will facilitate the scheduling / completion of the Implementation.
• System Training – Training will be scheduled at times suitable for the customer and the Project Manager.
• Running a Test Group / Live Test Group
• Going LIVE on the system
• System Completion and Support.
