  Labor Pak is an integrated software module available with the Pak Time Plus package. It is designed to accurately track and allocate labor activity by department and job class.

Labor Pak will accurately track costs relating to department and job class activity including hours, wages, rate advancement, and rate changes associated with temporary re-classifications.

Labor Pak enables you to collect, calculate and report on an employee’s department and class activity. Detailed reporting will give you summary or detailed information in a variety of formats broken down by department and labor class

Features Include:

  • Unlimited labor classes with multiple pay scales
  • Measure probationary periods / steps using Calendar Days, Calendar Years, Worked Days or Worked Hours.
  • Track employee hours by labor group.
  • Track and report on costs relating to labor performed in specific departments and classes. Including class transfers.
  • Detailed reporting and analysis functions including:
    • Department by Class Analysis
    • Class Analysis
    • Employee by Class Analysis
