Pak is an integrated software module available with
the Pak Time Plus package. It is designed to record and aid
in monitoring the major Human Resource functions such as Performance
Reviews, Benefits, Dependents, Accidents Management, Training,
Discipline, Self Service Kiosk integration, employee photos,
and applicant tracking. HR
Pak will enforce your company rules and regulations regarding
discipline issues and will warn you if discipline is required.
A sample discipline memo can be generated for your use in
dealing with employees.
